Any nib can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days granted that the nib comes back to me in the same condition that it left my facility.

If a nib is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, such as adjusting the nib to a user's preference, or a detail that was not discussed before purchase, I need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer's preference of shipping method.

If a nib is returned for a refund, I cannot also refund the original shipping charges to the customer.  Only the cost of the nib.

Once a nib receives a custom grind, I cannot refund the cost of the grind, but I can refund the cost of the nib.

With nib work please allow up to 4 weeks, depending on my current backlog.
